The 2027 Ford Bronco RTR Will Start for Less Than $53,000

The base Bronco RTR costs $50,790 before destination and slots between the Badlands and Raptor. It adds a Hoss suspension lift and 33-inch tires, and a fully optioned truck with 35-inch tires stays just under $60,000. MotorTrend calls it a lot of hardware for the money.

New Citroën 2CV Will Go Full Retro, but with Electric Power

Citroën will debut the 2CV as a near-production concept on October 11, ahead of the Paris auto show. Preview images show 1970s-style rectangular headlights and a rippled hood from the earliest cars. The air-cooled flat-twin is gone, and Hagerty expects front-wheel drive and a small battery.

2027 Chevy Corvette’s New 6.7-Liter V-8 May Leak Oil, but GM Has a Fix

A GM service bulletin, not a recall, covers every 2027 Corvette with the 535-horsepower LS6, which can leak between the oil pan and oil-cooler adapter. Technicians replace two high-pressure port seals and evenly tighten the adapter bolts. GM says a limited number of engines are affected.

U.S. Sedan Sales Are Surging, with Honda and Toyota Leading the Charge

Through the third quarter, Honda's car sales rose over 15% while its SUVs and trucks were nearly flat. The Accord gained over 30%, the Lexus IS over 50%, and Nissan's cars fell 25%. Car and Driver suspects affordability and high gas prices are behind the shift.

Elliott Broidy, who saw Goldfinger at age seven, had a 1964 DB5 rebuilt in Silver Birch with a hidden Walther PPK compartment. A 4.7-liter inline-six now makes more than 352 horsepower at the wheels, with left-hand drive and air conditioning. Motor1 drove it and calls it absolutely lovely.

Senate Bill 1406 treats shell companies with a California-resident member as state residents for tax purposes and lets the state bill individual members. California's tax agency puts the lost revenue at about $20M a year. Tennessee charged YouTuber WhistlinDiesel in 2025 over a Ferrari registered through a Montana LLC.

Fiat Sold Less Than One Car Per Day Across America Last Quarter

Fiat sold 54 cars in the third quarter, down over 80%, and all but two were 500e hatchbacks. Alfa Romeo outsold the brand more than 10 to 1. The Autopian blames the 500e's price of about $38K and its 149-mile range against cheaper rivals like the Bolt.
